We refer
to our Sales Consultants as Business Partners and our Business Partners enjoy
the advantage of a proven business formula, which produces excellent immediate
income and builds into long-term financial security. In addition, they enjoy
a high level of back up and support and the freedom of running their own business
- with no capital outlay.
What can your business expect from the OPG difference?
Commission
30% commission per deal, which equates to 2 years’ commission
paid up front (i.e. each year equates to 15% of annual value of sale). Commission
is paid weekly, on receipt of completed paperwork.

An opportunity to boost the basic rate commission from 30% to 50% every single
week based on your own weekly sales.
ADDITIONAL EARNING OPPORTUNITIES
As you are very much running your own business you
will be delighted to learn that OPG has developed many additional opportunities
for you to increase your turnover. This unique expanding package
includes the following:
Tele-appointing (For field sales consultants)
Our tele-appointing department will fully research the area just before or around the same time as you begin your assignment. They will contact local businesses and make appointments for you. There is no charge to you for appointments made, however, when a deal is signed following a tele-appointment 25% of the commission payable is retained by head office, meaning you retain a massive 75%.
Compound Anniversary Bonus
A payment of 15% commission per year is paid for the 3rd, 4th and all subsequent years of revenue and compounds as the years go by. This payment is known as anniversary bonus. Anniversary bonus is paid to the business partner as and when the company gets paid by the advertiser; i.e. after each payment for any third or subsequent year has been paid to the company and cleared, the consultant will be paid 15% of the VAT exclusive value of that payment. So you start to enjoy receiving anniversary bonus towards the end of your 2nd year.
Website & Print Commission
OPG has a unique network of websites covering the United Kingdom and Ireland and you can offer your prospects the opportunity to promote their products and services locally, regionally and nationally through this network. You will have the ability to sell: Tile & Banner Advertisements > Advertiser Websites > Network Deals > Internet Directory Entry plus quote for other print items – each of which will increase your business turnover.
Generous Bonuses
Daily and weekly sales incentives plus monthly and quarterly competitions with generous rewards are all included in your business package.
Referral Incentive
For each successful business partner you refer to OPG, you will have the opportunity to receive 5% of the first year’s value of their deals for the duration of their partnership with OPG.
Mentoring Fees
Once you have developed a successful sales career with OPG you will have the opportunity to mentor other business partners and receive a mentoring fee for your efforts.
Training Allowance
Successful partners can also be chosen to train others. This gives you a further income stream as all business signed whilst training offers you additional enhanced commission.
Personal Development
Although you will initially train on one product division you will have ongoing opportunities to train on other OPG products and expand your earning potential.
Expenses
Daily allowances apply for the first 6 weeks (as detailed
later) and 5% extra commission is paid for longer distances or for working in
Inner London.
Our top business partners earn between £60k - £85k pa. How?
They work hard, take one to two weeks to complete an assignment and they put
between £5k and £10k revenue on each of their assignment publications.
Oh, and by the way - they earn huge incentive-inspired bonuses often in excess
of £2k or
£3k per week.
OTE (Print Assignments Only)
But above all – there is NO CEILING to EARNINGS and
because of
THE OPG DIFFERENCE there
is no limit to your business-earning potential.
Payment Terms
You will be paid weekly into your bank or building society account via BACS.
Car
You will be fully self-sufficient and will require your own transport.
Mobile Phone
OPG provide you with a mobile phone for business use.
Training
Upon successful
selection you would be invited to attend a 10 day (residential) training programme.
On this comprehensive programme you will be introduced to our unique highly successful
selling techniques. In addition, you will hear the secret of success explained
in easy to follow terms and learn how to use it to bring balance/happiness abundance
and life-long financial security for you and your family.
The programme requires careful study and a high degree of personal input.
Throughout the 10 day period we will recap regularly to ensure you are on track
to hit the ground running when you start your first assignment. At the end of
this period we reserve the right to decline to offer you an assignment, if our
training personnel feel you would not be successful. Our current success rate
is some 92%. Once out on the road, should your earnings fall below your desired
level, structured training support is available to get you back on track.
Financial support during training
To get your business on its feet OPG will assist you by providing:
• A 10 day fully expensed training programme with hotel and travel expenses
paid, plus training allowance of £60 per day;
• All travel and accommodation expenses for the first 4 weeks out in the
field;
•
£60 per day guaranteed minimum for the first 4 weeks out in the field.
Further support is at the company’s discretion.
Hours of Work
As you operate
as a self-employed business partner or Limited Company, hours are flexible. However,
your normal hours of work will be those necessary to meet the targets and conditions
laid down by the Company.
Dress
Business suit.

Hello Graham,
