We are currently looking for new talent to join our busy telesales team which is involved in selling advertising space, features and weblinks on both the printed publications and websites of our principal client base: the many hundreds of doctors’ surgeries we serve throughout the UK. These are highly attractive, low-risk promotional packages offered on a pay-as-you-go basis and are extremely popular.
You will be based in our well-equipped and spacious head office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. From there you will be calling a very wide range of commercial enterprises and other organisations to offer them an opportunity to present their products and services to the thousands of local patients in a particular area. All essential research will be prepared for you beforehand so that you can be confident and armed with all the vital information you’ll need even before you make that first call. What’s more, arrangements will be made by our sales managers in advance so that you will in fact be calling with the full authority and permission of that particular surgery, thus raising your credibility even higher in the eyes of each prospect. And that’s not all... in addition to your own prospecting, we can also push a regular supply of hot leads and referrals your way. After that, it’s up to you!
At OPG we have a very sophisticated system in place whereby a prospect can view a special website of ours which illustrates a collection of various samples – even while you are on the line talking to the viewer. This means that you can take them through it while explaining this or answering questions on that, extolling the merits and suitability of any particular model. It’s a very strong and effective tool designed to smooth the negotiation process and consequently allows you to close that important deal all the sooner!
You will also have the opportunity to offer your prospects entry to our unique pay-as-you-go website service. So if they have no current website or are dissatisfied with a poorly-performing, drab affair, you’ll be able to promote one of our very own OPG sites at the most competitive terms and with all the essential construction taken care of by our skilled, experienced team of designers. They will build a refreshingly attractive website in accordance with your prospect’s requirements, specific instructions and ultimate approval – and you can bet that the new client will be mightily impressed with the finished product. Ongoing customer support, including any changes requested, is an integral part of the package.
At OPG we believe in rewarding hard work and sound application of skills with generous remuneration. As an OPG sales consultant the opportunity is there for you to earn at least £35,000 per annum OTE (ie £17,500 plus commission and bonus). There is no cap to your earning potential: you can command even greater income by way of annual renewals (our anniversary bonus). This applies to every deal that pays for more than two years. Indeed, you’ll find that many of your deals will extend for longer periods - eight years and more - which means that your bonus will grow impressively as you pass each annual milestone.
